Buyers may request a return within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date the item is received if there is a change of mind or if the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, in compliance with Cyprus and EU distance selling laws.
Return requests may be initiated from the Orders page after the seller has marked the order as complete. Buyers must select "Request Warranty," complete the form, and submit a message explaining the reason for the return.
Sellers must respond to return requests within 3 business days. If a response is not forthcoming or the issue is not resolved, buyers may escalate to Ventio for assistance.
Once approval for a return is granted, buyers will receive instructions to return the item using a tracked shipping method. For returned items valued at €750 or more, proof of delivery will be required.
Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, in which case the seller bears the cost.
Buyers must repackage items carefully to avoid damage in transit. Sellers retain the right to deduct from refunds amounts related to loss in value due to improper packaging or usage exceeding normal inspection.
Upon receipt of returned items, sellers typically issue refunds within 3-5 business days to the payment method originally used or to a payment method selected by the buyer.
Buyers who do not receive a refund within 2 business days after the seller receives the returned item may request intervention by Ventio.
Refunds may be reduced if the returned item is damaged, used inappropriately, or missing parts.
Buyers may request Ventio to intervene if a return issue remains unresolved after 3 business days or if the refund deadline has passed without resolution.
Return cases with no activity for over 21 business days will be automatically closed.
Buyers may cancel return requests any time before resolution by navigating to the relevant Orders page, selecting the return request, and opting to close it. Once closed, the request may not be reopened.
The misuse of the returns process—such as requesting a return and sending back different items—is prohibited and may result in penalties or account restrictions. See the Abusive buyer policy for more examples of activity that we don't allow.
