This User Agreement, together with all policies and additional terms posted on and in our website, tools, and services (collectively the “Services”), sets forth the terms on which Ventio offers you access to and use of our Services. The policies and additional terms posted throughout our Services are incorporated into this User Agreement. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with all terms of this User Agreement.
The entity you are contracting with is YIALMO LOGISTICS SERVICES LTD, a company registered and operating in Cyprus.
This User Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. The courts of Cyprus shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes arising out of or in connection with this User Agreement, save where resolution is subject to binding arbitration as set forth herein.
Ventio is a marketplace operated by YIALMO LOGISTICS SERVICES LTD that enables users located in Cyprus to offer, sell, and buy goods and services across a variety of pricing formats. Ventio acts solely as a platform facilitating the connection between third-party sellers and buyers, and is not a party to any contract of sale formed between these users.
Ventio may employ artificial intelligence and other automated tools to improve and personalize the Services, enhance customer service, and detect potentially fraudulent activity.
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with this User Agreement, all Ventio policies, and all applicable laws, regulations, and rules. You further agree that you will not:
Sellers must meet Ventio’s minimum performance standards.
Ventio may take actions to protect our Services, users, and third parties including: limit, suspend, or terminate your user account(s) and access to our Services; restrict or prohibit your activities on the Services; remove or restrict the visibility of listings; and take technical or legal measures to prevent your use of the Services.
Access to and use of Ventio’s Services is intended for individuals aged 18 years and over. Users under 18 years of age are not permitted to create accounts or transact on Ventio.
Ventio uses automated systems, including artificial intelligence tools, to analyze keywords, images, and other criteria during the listing creation process to identify items that may be illegal, non-compliant, or violate our Prohibited and Restricted Items Policy.
If content is found to be illegal, non-compliant, or otherwise violating Ventio policy, such content will be blocked or removed, and the user responsible will be notified with an explanation for the action.
If Ventio takes any measure against your content, you have the right to appeal such action free of charge. Appeals must be filed within six (6) months from the date Ventio took the action or informed you of its decision to reject your report.
Ventio charges the same commission fee to all sellers, whether private individuals or businesses. Details of the fees and commission rates are published and regularly updated on the Ventio Selling Fees & Pricing page.
When a sale occurs, Ventio collects the full payment from the buyer and remits the proceeds to the seller after deducting its commission. Sellers are responsible for shipping costs and arrangements.
Ventio may change fees or introduce new fees at any time with at least fifteen (15) days’ notice.

Ventio enables buyers and sellers located anywhere within Cyprus to browse, list, and purchase items. All sales and shipments must remain within the territory of Cyprus. International shipping or sales outside Cyprus are not supported.
By submitting content through Ventio’s platform, you grant Ventio a worldwide, non-exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly perform, and display such content.
You and Ventio each independently act as separate data controllers with respect to personal data. Each party is individually responsible for complying with applicable data protection laws including GDPR as incorporated into Cyprus law.
Ventio reserves the right to place a temporary hold or restriction on funds in your account under certain circumstances, including suspicious activity, risk of fraud, disputes, regulatory compliance, or legal obligations.
Sellers on Ventio may define return preferences and policies for their listings. However, sellers must comply with Cyprus consumer protection laws, which grant buyers the right to withdraw within fourteen (14) calendar days.
Ventio reserves the right to identify and correct any processing errors in payments, refunds, or reimbursements.
Ventio uses commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the security, integrity, availability, and proper functioning of its platform. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ventio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Ventio’s total aggregate liability shall be limited to the greater of: the value of the specific transaction, the total fees paid in the past 12 months, or one hundred euros (€100).
You agree to fully indemnify, compensate, defend, and hold harmless Ventio from any losses, liabilities, damages, costs, claims, or expenses arising from any breach of this User Agreement, improper use of Services, or violation of any applicable law.
If a dispute arises, we strongly encourage you to first contact us directly. Any claim shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Ventio supports the use of the EU’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
If any provision of this User Agreement is held to be invalid, it shall be severed and shall not affect the remaining provisions. Ventio may assign or transfer rights without your prior consent. We reserve the right to amend this User Agreement with at least 15 days’ notice.
