Leaving feedback helps build a transparent and trusted shopping experience on Ventio. Your reviews help other buyers make informed decisions and offer valuable insights to sellers on how they’re doing. Feedback on Ventio is submitted through your order or purchase history. To leave a review, you must visit the seller’s directly. How to Leave Feedback 1. Go to the seller’s shop page (click their name on the product page or in your order conrmation email). 2. Scroll down to the reviews section of their shop. 3. Click Write a review or the applicable button at the time of reading this. 4. Write your review and title. 5. Click Submit to post your feedback. Your review will be displayed publicly on the seller’s shop page and may be visible to all users browsing their products. Best Practices for Leaving Feedback

  • Be honest and specic—mention what worked well and what could be better.
  • Stay respectful. Keep feedback focused on your actual transaction.
  • If there was an issue, contact the seller rst. Most sellers are happy to help resolve problems before feedback is posted.

When Can I Leave Feedback? You can leave feedback within of order completion or conrmed delivery. After that, the review option expires. Feedback Limitations

  • Feedback cannot be left from the order history or summary pages.
  • Guest checkouts are to leave reviews.
  • Feedback is nal—users submitted reviews.
  • Ventio may remove any feedback that violates our Feedback Policy (e.g., spam, abuse, false claims).
