What is the policy?

Ventio strictly prohibits the sale of all stocks, securities, investment products, credit instruments, and related certificates. No exceptions are permitted.

• The sale or listing of any stocks, securities, investment instruments, credit instruments, stock certificates, or similar financial products is not allowed on Ventio under any circumstances.

Regulatory compliance

All listings must comply with:

• Cyprus securities laws and regulations as enforced by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) and relevant financial authorities
• EU financial regulatory frameworks, including MiFID II and other directives and regulations relating to securities and investment products
• Ventio’s User Agreement and marketplace policies prohibiting the unauthorized sale of regulated financial instruments

Activity on Ventio must follow this policy, the Ventio User Agreement, and all applicable Cyprus and EU laws, and must respect third-party rights. Violations may lead to listing removal, warnings, account restrictions, or suspension.

Why does Ventio have this policy?

This policy ensures Ventio’s strict compliance with Cyprus and EU financial regulations that tightly control the trading and transfer of securities and investment instruments. It protects buyers and sellers from engaging in potentially illegal or unauthorized financial transactions and maintains the marketplace’s legal and ethical standards.
