Pill press, die and mold policy

We don’t allow any pill presses, counterfeit dies, tableting machines, or encapsulating equipment on Ventio. We take public safety and legal compliance seriously.

What is the policy?

• All forms of pill presses and tableting machines are banned, including any parts or accessories used to press or mold substances into pills or tablets.
• Encapsulating machines or devices—equipment designed to fill shells or capsules with material—are prohibited in any form.
• Counterfeit dies (punches, plates, stones, or other objects used to imprint pills, tablets, or packaging to mimic legitimate pharmaceuticals) are not allowed.
• Ventio will share information about listings or accounts in violation of this policy with appropriate law-enforcement authorities.

Activity on Ventio must follow this policy, the Ventio User Agreement, and all applicable Cyprus and EU laws. Non-compliance may result in listing removal, warnings, account restrictions, or suspension.

Why does Ventio have this policy?

This policy helps prevent the illicit manufacture of controlled substances and ensures compliance with EU Regulation (EC) No 273/2004 on drug precursors and Cyprus’s Misuse of Drugs legislation. By banning these items, Ventio protects public health, supports law-enforcement efforts, and maintains a safe, responsible marketplace for everyone.
