Intangible items policy

We only allow listings for physical, tangible items that a buyer can verify they’ve received. Intangible goods or anything without a verifiable delivery mechanism are strictly prohibited to prevent confusion and reduce the risk of fraud.

What is the policy?

• All intangible items are banned. You may not list anything that exists solely as a concept, promise, subscription, service without delivery confirmation, or unverifiable digital asset.
• Examples of prohibited listings include, but are not limited to:
• A “ghost in a jar” or any claimed spirit containment
• Someone’s soul, life-force, or aura
• Spells, curses, blessings, or any “haunted” item without physical proof of mechanism
• Vouchers, rights, or entitlements that cannot be physically mailed or tracked
• Virtual items or purely digital assets with no guaranteed delivery or download process
• Tangible requirement: Every listing must offer a physical good that can be packaged, shipped, and confirmed via standard tracking or signature-upon-delivery methods.

Activity on Ventio must follow this policy, the Ventio User Agreement, and all applicable Cyprus and EU laws. Non-compliance may result in listing removal, warnings, account restrictions, or suspension.

Why does Ventio have this policy?

This policy protects buyers by ensuring they receive a verifiable, tangible product, upholds Ventio’s buyer-protection programs, and helps prevent fraud and disputes arising from items that cannot be physically delivered or inspected.
