Ventio.com.cy (the “Platform”) is an online multi-vendor marketplace that connects independent sellers (each a “Vendor”) with consumers (each a “Buyer”). The Platform provides the technical means to list, sell and pay for goods, but it does not manufacture, warehouse, pack, ship or deliver products. Shipping, logistics and physical delivery are performed by Vendors and/or third-party courier services engaged by Vendors. This Shipping Policy describes how shipping fees are calculated, which party is responsible for each step of shipping and delivery, what Buyers should expect at checkout and delivery, and the allocation of risks and liabilities between Vendors, Buyers and the Platform. By using Ventio.com.cy you accept and agree to the terms set out below. This Policy forms part of, and should be read together with, the Platform’s Terms of Service and Privacy Notice.

3.1 Platform role. The Platform operates the marketplace software, displays product and shipping information supplied by Vendors, facilitates payment processing and provides support tools. The Platform does not physically handle goods and is not a carrier. 3.2 Vendor responsibilities. Vendors are solely responsible for:

4. Service Areas, Delivery Methods & Restrictions 4.1 Geographic scope: Vendors determine where they ship. Some Vendors may restrict destinations (for example: only within Cyprus, only EU, no P.O. Boxes, no remote islands). Any such restrictions will be visible on the product page or at checkout. 4.2 Delivery methods: Vendors may offer different service levels (standard, expedited, express). Estimated delivery times are indicative only and may be impacted by courier capacity, customs, public holidays, extreme weather and force majeure events. 4.3 Signature, ID and age checks: Certain deliveries may require a signature or age verification. Buyers must comply with courier or Vendor requirements for receipt. Failure to comply may result in return of the item and the Buyer may be liable for return and re-delivery costs.
Ventio.com.cy) 5.1 Per-Vendor calculation: Because Vendors ship independently, shipping is calculated per Vendor and summed across Vendors for the customer’s order. Items from different Vendors will not be combined into one parcel by the Platform. 5.2 Highest base + additional model (practical explanation): For each Vendor represented in your cart, the Platform calculates shipping using the following approach: Total Shipping Cost (per Vendor) = Highest Base Shipping Cost (among that Vendor In other words, the system finds the single item in the Vendor’s sub-basket with the highest Base Shipping Cost and charges that Base once; then it charges Additional Item Shipping Cost for all other units. This prevents double charging of base packing/first-unit costs while reflecting additional per-item handling and postage. 5.3 Display & transparency: At cart and checkout the Platform displays the per-Vendor shipping total and, where supported by the Vendor’s settings, an itemized breakdown showing Base and Additional components. If a Vendor’s shipping total is €0.00, the checkout will show “Free Shipping” for that Vendor.

7.1 Vendor-level offers: Free Shipping may be offered by Vendors for specific items, minimum basket totals, or destination zones. Free Shipping is applied on a per-Vendor basis and will not automatically extend to items sourced from other Vendors in the same order. 7.2 Platform promotions: From time to time the Platform may run promotions offering free or discounted shipping; any such promotion will specify eligible Vendors, products, timeframes and conditions. 7.3 Exclusions & revocation: Free Shipping may exclude oversized, fragile, restricted or hazardous items and may be changed or revoked at any time. If an order is modified after checkout so that eligibility no longer applies, standard shipping fees will apply and the Buyer will be notified of any change to the shipping total. 8. Prices, Taxes, Customs & Additional Charges 8.1 Currency & VAT: Prices and shipping fees are typically shown in Euro (€). Whether shipping fees include VAT depends on the Vendor’s tax status and applicable law. The checkout page will display the final amounts and any tax breakdown where available. 8.2 Customs & import charges: For cross-border shipments Buyers are responsible for import duties, tariffs, VAT and brokerage charges unless the Vendor states otherwise (for example, Delivered Duty Paid). Such charges are levied by customs authorities and may be collected on delivery. 8.3 Remote area, correction & surcharges: Couriers may apply additional fees for remote areas, address corrections, failed delivery attempts, re-deliveries, or storage. Such fees incurred due to Buyer circumstances are the Buyer’s responsibility. 9. Order Processing, Dispatch & Tracking 9.1 Processing & handling times: Vendors shall dispatch orders within the handling time shown on the product page. Pre-orders, backorders, or made-to-order items may incur longer handling times and this will be stated on the product page. 9.2 Partial shipments & multiple parcels: Vendors may dispatch an order in multiple parcels; Buyers may therefore receive more than one tracking number and delivery. Each parcel may be handled by the same or different couriers depending on Vendor arrangements and logistical constraints. 9.3 Tracking: When provided by the Vendor or courier, tracking numbers will be posted to the Buyer via order confirmation and/or the Buyer’s account. Tracking availability and level of detail vary by courier and destination. 10. Delivery Attempts, Undelivered Parcels & Address Issues 10.1 Delivery attempts: Couriers may make one or more attempts to deliver. If delivery attempts fail, parcels may be held at a collection point for a limited period. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to collect parcels in a timely manner. 10.2 Address errors & modifications: The delivery address is finalised at checkout. Requests to change the delivery address after dispatch are at the sole discretion of the courier and may result in delays or additional fees. Incorrect addresses supplied by the Buyer that lead to return or extra handling fees may be charged to the Buyer. 10.3 Refused or returned parcels: If a parcel is refused or returned to the Vendor (for example, due to non- collection), the Vendor may deduct outbound and return shipping costs and any customs or handling charges from any refund, subject to applicable consumer protection laws. 11. Risk of Loss, Title & Insurance 11.1 Transfer of risk: Unless otherwise required by mandatory law, risk of loss or damage passes to the Buyer when the Vendor hands the parcel to the courier (handover). Title transfers in accordance with the applicable contract of sale between the Buyer and the Vendor. 11.2 Insurance: Vendors may elect to insure high-value shipments at their own cost. Buyers may request additional insurance or declared value options from Vendors prior to dispatch (and may be required to pay the additional cost for such insurance). 12. Damaged, Lost or Missing Shipments — Claims & Remedies 12.1 Inspection & immediate steps: Buyers must inspect deliveries upon receipt. If there is visible damage, Buyers should refuse to accept the delivery or note the damage on the delivery receipt and photograph packaging and contents where possible. 12.2 Notification timelines: Buyers must notify the Vendor and Platform support of damaged, missing or lost shipments within seven (7) calendar days of the delivery date or the expected delivery date. Failure to notify within this timeframe may affect the Buyer’s rights under courier terms or local law. 12.3 Documentation & evidence: For claims Buyers should retain packaging, photographs, tracking numbers and any courier documentation. Vendors may require documentation to support a courier claim. 12.4 Resolution process: Where a legitimate claim exists, Vendors will liaise with the courier and Buyer and may offer repair, replacement, refund or other remedies in accordance with the Vendor’s policies and applicable law. The Platform may facilitate communication but is not the carrier and does not control courier investigations or claim outcomes.
Vendors must not list items that are illegal, prohibited, or restricted for shipment by couriers or jurisdictional law. Items that are hazardous, flammable, perishable, or otherwise restricted must be properly declared, packaged and shipped in compliance with courier rules and export/import laws. The Platform may remove listings or suspend Vendor accounts that violate these rules. 14. Packaging, Sustainability & Environmental Considerations Vendors must pack goods to prevent damage in transit and should comply with applicable waste and packaging regulations. Vendors are encouraged to adopt sustainable packaging choices (recyclable, reusable, minimal materials) wherever feasible. Buyers may request details about packaging materials from Vendors prior to purchase.
15.1 Marketplace role: The Platform is a venue for third-party sales and does not control the Vendor’s performance or courier operations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ventio.com.cy excludes liability for losses arising from shipping, including delay, loss, damage, theft, or courier error. 15.2 Information accuracy: Shipping estimates, tracking information and delivery updates displayed on the Platform are provided by Vendors or third-party couriers. The Platform uses reasonable efforts to present accurate information but does not guarantee its accuracy, completeness or timeliness. 15.3 Force majeure: The Platform and Vendors are not liable for failures or delays caused by events outside their reasonable control (including natural disasters, war, strikes, epidemics, government actions or major courier network disruptions). 15.4 Maximum liability: Where liability cannot be excluded by law, the Platform’s liability is limited to the extent set out in the Platform Terms of Service. Buyers’ statutory rights remain unaffected. 16. Returns, Refunds & Shipping Costs on Returns 16.1 Vendor return policies: Returns and refunds related to goods (including shipping costs) are governed by each Vendor’s return policy and applicable consumer law. Buyers should review Vendor return and refund terms on product pages prior to purchase. 16.2 Return shipping costs: Unless the Vendor states otherwise or the return is required under applicable consumer law (e.g., faulty or misdescribed goods), return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer. If a return is due to Vendor error, the Vendor may be required to cover return shipping costs. 16.3 Lost/damaged returns: If a return parcel is lost or damaged in transit, liability will depend on the courier’s terms and any insurance purchased. Buyers should retain proof of posting, tracking and any insurance documentation. 17. Fraud Prevention, Cancellations & Compliance The Platform and Vendors may refuse, delay or cancel orders to conduct fraud screening, identity verification, sanctions and export checks or to comply with legal obligations. In the event an order is cancelled for such reasons, any refunds will be processed in accordance with the Platform’s refund procedures and applicable law.
For shipment purposes, Vendors and couriers will receive necessary personal data (name, address, telephone, email). Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Platform’s Privacy Notice. Buyers must ensure they have the right to provide recipient personal data and must notify the Vendor and Platform of any required data corrections immediately.
19.1 Informal resolution: Buyers should first contact the Vendor using the Platform messaging tools to attempt an amicable resolution. 19.2 Escalation to Platform support: If the issue is not resolved, contact Ventio.com.cy support at support@ventio.com.cy with order details, tracking number and supporting evidence. The Platform may assist in communication and mediation but cannot force couriers or Vendors to adopt a specific outcome. 19.3 Legal remedies: Subject to mandatory consumer protection law, unresolved disputes are governed by the Governing Law section below and may be referred to the courts or alternative dispute resolution mechanisms as appropriate.
This Shipping Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Subject to mandatory consumer protection rights, any disputes arising out of or relating to this Policy shall be brought exclusively before the competent courts of Cyprus. 21. Amendments The Platform may amend this Shipping Policy from time to time. All changes will be posted on the Platform with an updated Effective Date. Continued use of the Platform after posting constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.

23.2 Vendor instructions: 1. Enter numeric values (use “0” to offer free shipping for that component). Do not enter textual characters or currency symbols in the numeric fields. 2. Set minimum allowed value to 0 in your Vendor settings. If a field is left blank, at checkout the Platform will treat the missing or invalid value as 0 for calculation purposes (this does not replace Vendor obligations to set correct prices). 3. If you wish to offer free shipping under certain thresholds, configure promotions and ensure product pages accurately describe any exclusions (oversize, remote destination surcharges, hazardous goods, etc.). Note for Vendors: Misrepresenting shipping fees, failing to dispatch orders or listing prohibited items may result in listing removal, account suspension or other enforcement action by the Platform. This Shipping Policy sets out the contractual allocation of responsibilities between Buyers, Vendors and the Platform in respect of shipping and delivery. Where mandatory consumer protection laws apply, such laws will prevail over conflicting provisions in this Policy.
