Custom printed products policy

You can list and sell custom printed products on Ventio only if your listings comply with EU and Cyprus intellectual-property laws. This policy ensures that no unauthorized third-party content is used and that all items respect the rights of creators and trademark holders.

What is the policy?

• Unauthorized content prohibited

Custom printed products may not include any third-party content—such as images, logos, or photographs of individuals—unless you have express permission from the rights owner.

• Examples of listings not allowed
• Phone cases decorated with a designer-handbag pattern made without authorization
• Stickers bearing a well-known sneaker logo without a license
• T-shirts printed with a company’s trademarked logo without consent
• Tote bags featuring images of a famous musician copied from a brand’s website
• Water bottles personalized with children’s-cartoon characters from a studio’s site
• Compliance with broader Ventio policies

All custom products must also adhere to Ventio’s policies on:

• Adult items
• Counterfeit, unauthorized replicas, and copies
• Intellectual property and copyright
• Offensive materials
• Applicable laws
• EU copyright rules: Directive 2001/29/EC on harmonisation of certain aspects of copyright
• Cyprus law: Law No. 59/1976 on Copyright and Related Rights

Why does Ventio have this policy?

This policy prevents the sale of items that infringe third-party intellectual property rights, protecting both sellers and buyers from legal risk, and ensures Ventio remains a safe, responsible, and legally compliant marketplace.
