At this time, we do not allow the sale of any airsoft, air rifles, or BB gun products on our platform. We currently do not permit the listing or sale of airsoft guns, BB guns, pellet rifles, or any other similar non- lethal projectile weapons. However, this policy may be reviewed and updated in the future to allow such items under specific conditions and with appropriate approvals.

What is the policy?

At this time, Ventio does not allow the sale of airsoft guns, air rifles, BB guns, or any similar replica or non- lethal projectile weapons on our platform. The listing or sale of these items, including components, accessories, or ammunition specifically made for them, is strictly prohibited. This applies to new, used, and collectible items, even if intended for display or educational purposes. Specifically:

• Airsoft guns, BB guns, and pellet rifles are prohibited.
• Ammunition, gas canisters, CO₂ cartridges, and magazines designed for use with these items are also prohibited.
• Replica or imitation firearms, regardless of functionality, are not allowed.

Future updates We continue to monitor local and international regulations and community standards. If changes to this policy occur in the future, they will require sellers to meet strict compliance, age verification, and legal requirements before listing. To ensure compliance with applicable laws and to promote a safe, responsible online marketplace, Ventio has chosen to prohibit the sale of these items at this time. How is the policy enforced? Users must comply with this policy and the Ventio User Agreement. Failure to do so may result in actions including:

• Removal of non-compliant listings
• Issuance of policy violation warnings
• Account restrictions or suspension
• Any other action required by law or platform policy

The sale and ownership of airsoft, air rifles, and BB guns are governed by complex, location-specific regulations and these items can resemble real firearms, posing public safety risks or contributing to misuse or confusion by law enforcement or the public. This policy helps protect buyers, sellers, and the public by preventing the sale of potentially dangerous or confusing items that may resemble firearms, reflecting our commitment to legal compliance, public safety, and a responsible community marketplace.
