Some adult items are allowed when they follow our guidelines. At Ventio, we have policies to ensure our platform remains a trusted and inclusive environment for our global community of buyers and sellers. While most adult-only items are prohibited, listings that show nudity are allowed only in limited situations when they comply with the guidelines below. We are committed to applying our policies without bias. All forms of adult content that do not comply with this policy will be removed. We review the content of the listing, including images and category placement, to determine if an item is allowed. Ventio defines nudity as showing any part of male or female genitalia, anus, or female breasts where the areola or nipple is visible. Additionally, the following are considered nudity:

• Modeled clothing that is see-through or very tight and reveals genitalia, anus, or the nipple/areola of female breasts
• Male erections, even if the model is clothed
• People engaged in sexual contact or activity

What is the policy?

Our policy balances availability with safety and legal compliance. The goal is to allow adult items legally and responsibly while preventing access to content that is harmful, illegal, or inappropriate. The policy below outlines what is not allowed, what may be allowed under conditions, and how we enforce these rules. What items are not allowed? The following items are prohibited on Ventio:

• Adult items containing illegal content
• Sexually explicit materials, including:
• Adult films rated X, XXX, or unrated for adults only
• Video games rated Adults Only 18+
• Magazines, books, or comics showing sexual activity or explicit sexual content
• Items violating our Illegal Explicit Content policy, including nudist publications that do not comply
• AI-generated or digitally altered nude or sexually suggestive images of public figures
• Ventio-hosted video content that contains nudity
• Images included in feedback or reviews may not contain nudity, even if the original listing or item showed nudity

What adult items are allowed under specific conditions? The following items are permitted only if they meet these conditions:

• Adult magazines, books, and comics: Allowed only if they do not depict sexual activity and no nude images appear in the listing.

Examples include Bear, Blue, Butt, Gayletter, Mayfair, On Our Backs, Penthouse, Playboy, Playgirl, and Playguy. This is not an exhaustive list. Any adult publication without sexually explicit content can be listed following these guidelines.

• Nude art: Allowed only if the work does not contain sexually suggestive poses or sexual acts.
• Educational materials: Allowed if they do not contain sexually explicit content or nude images in listings.

How is the policy enforced? All activity on Ventio must comply with this policy, the Ventio User Agreement, applicable laws, and respect third-party rights. When violations occur, Ventio may take actions including but not limited to:

• Removing listings or other content
• Issuing warnings
• Restricting account activity
• Suspending accounts

These actions are taken to ensure compliance and may be legally required.
