Social media and reviews manipulation policy

What is the policy?

Ventio prohibits the sale of product reviews, social media likes, followers, and similar engagement services to maintain the integrity of online platforms and comply with legal requirements. Listings for the following types of items are not allowed:

• Social media likes, followers, shares, or any type of social media engagement
• Services to leave, manipulate, or improve reviews about products or companies

Regulatory compliance

All listings must comply with:

• Cyprus laws concerning advertising standards, unfair commercial practices, and consumer protection
• The EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679), and regulations on digital services and unfair commercial practices
• Ventio’s User Agreement and policies governing truthful and lawful listings

Activity on Ventio must follow this policy, the Ventio User Agreement, and all applicable Cyprus and EU laws, and must respect third-party rights. Violations may lead to listing removal, warnings, account restrictions, or suspension.

This policy helps ensure compliance with Cyprus and EU regulations designed to prevent misleading or fraudulent online engagement, protect consumers, and uphold honest marketplace practices.
