Individual plan: 15 free listings reset monthly and do not carry over. Business plan: unlimited listings with active subscription. Both plans subject to our acceptable use policy.

Buyers purchasing from professional sellers have 14-day withdrawal rights and minimum 2-year legal guarantee under EU law. Sellers must clearly identify if they are traders or private individuals.
For cross-border disputes, sellers and buyers can access the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Sellers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to sell listed items. Counterfeit items and intellectual property violations are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
Certain items cannot be sold on Ventio including illegal goods, weapons, hazardous materials, and items violating EU regulations. Review our Prohibited Items Policy.
Both plans include a seller page: Individual sellers get a basic seller page to showcase their items. Business sellers get an enhanced shop page where they can add their logo, banner, and business address. Commission calculated on total sale (item + shipping).
