Slot machines policy

Ventio restricts the listing of functioning slot machines to areas where their sale and ownership are legally permitted under local laws, including Cyprus and the EU, ensuring compliance with gaming regulations. Non- functional or permanently disabled slot machines may be listed more broadly.

What is the policy?

Functioning slot machines may only be listed if:

• Their sale is legal in both the seller’s and buyer’s locations
• Shipping details exclude any locations where their sale or ownership is illegal under applicable laws

A slot machine may be listed if it meets one of these criteria:

• Does not accept currency
• Is non-functional and intended solely for display purposes
• Has been permanently modified so it cannot accept currency or be converted into a working machine

Regulatory compliance

All listings must comply with:

• Cyprus laws, including strict regulation by the Cyprus Gaming and Casino Supervision Commission and restrictions under the Casino Operations and Control Law and Betting Law, which prohibit unlicensed sale and operation of slot machines and casino gaming machines outside authorized casinos and satellite locations
• Relevant EU regulations on gambling and gaming products, consumer protection, and cross-border trade where applicable
• Ventio’s User Agreement and policies

Activity on Ventio must follow this policy, the Ventio User Agreement, and all applicable Cyprus and EU laws, and must respect third-party rights. Violations may lead to listing removal, warnings, account restrictions, or suspension.
