Real estate listings are not allowed on Ventio. Due to the complex and highly regulated nature of real estate transactions, and to ensure legal compliance and marketplace safety consistent with Cyprus and EU laws, Ventio prohibits all listings that advertise or offer real estate properties.

What is the policy?

• Listings advertising, selling, or offering any real estate property—residential, commercial, land, or any undivided interest—are strictly prohibited on Ventio.
• No user is permitted to list real estate on behalf of a third party, regardless of licensing or professional status.
• Ventio does not host real estate classified ads, auction-style listings, mortgage notes, or any other format related to real estate.
• Sellers must not use Ventio to advertise any transaction or service involving real estate.

Ventio’s platform is not designed or licensed to handle these complexities or to offer legally binding property sales. Prohibiting real estate listings helps avoid regulatory violations, legal liability, and protects users from risks associated with complex property transactions conducted online without proper professional oversight. By disallowing all real estate listings, Ventio ensures compliance with Cyprus and EU laws, maintains marketplace integrity, and protects its buyers and sellers from potential legal and transactional issues associated with real estate sales.
