Personal information policy

We don’t allow the sale of private personal data, social-media assets, or unsolicited-contact tools on Ventio. Our users’ privacy and security are paramount.

What is the policy?

The following items are not allowed on Ventio:

• Personal contact information (phone numbers, email address lists, home addresses)
• National identification numbers or equivalents (social-security numbers, tax IDs)
• Accounts that require buyers to share passwords or login credentials (e.g. social-media or game accounts)
• Social-media assets such as follower counts, likes, subscribers, or “account” sales
• Software or services designed to send unsolicited messages (spam) or to harvest contact details

Activity on Ventio must follow this policy, the Ventio User Agreement, and all applicable Cyprus and EU laws. Non-compliance may result in listing removal, warnings, account restrictions, or suspension.

Why does Ventio have this policy?

This policy protects individual privacy and data security, ensures compliance with the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Cyprus’s Personal Data Protection Law, prevents identity theft and fraud, and upholds trust in our marketplace by banning the trade of sensitive personal information and spam tools.
