Live animals policy

Pets and all live animals are not allowed on Ventio. We take animal welfare, public health, and conservation seriously.

What is the policy?

• All live animals—including domestic pets, livestock, insects, fish, reptiles, amphibians, and any other living creature—are strictly prohibited on Ventio.

Activity on Ventio must follow this policy, the Ventio User Agreement, and all applicable Cyprus and EU laws. Non-compliance may result in listing removal, warnings, account restrictions, or suspension.

Why does Ventio have this policy?

This policy ensures compliance with Cyprus and EU wildlife protection regulations (including CITES and the Habitats Directive), safeguards animal welfare, and helps prevent the spread of disease and ecological harm by prohibiting the commercial trade of live animals.
