You can list items on Ventio only if they show respect and sensitivity toward victims of disasters and tragedies. Listings that portray, glorify, or attempt to profit from human suffering aren’t allowed.

What is the policy?

• Listings or items that graphically portray, glorify, or attempt to profit from human tragedy or suffering are prohibited.
• Listings must not be insensitive to victims of events such as terrorist attacks, natural disasters, or other mass-casualty incidents.
• Items and media (e.g. newspaper clippings, documentaries, photographic records) related to natural disasters or human tragedies may be allowed only if they have substantial social, artistic, educational, or political value—and are presented in a respectful, contextualized manner.

Ventio may remove any listing or content, issue warnings, restrict seller activity, or suspend accounts that violate this policy, in accordance with Ventio’s User Agreement and applicable Cyprus and EU laws on public decency and consumer protection.
