What is the policy?

• Replica coins are not allowed to be listed on Ventio.
• Counterfeit, altered, or forged coins and currency, as well as equipment designed for producing counterfeit currency, are strictly prohibited.
• Only one-sided replica paper currency can be listed if all the following conditions are met:
• The replica size is less than 75% or greater than 150% of the genuine currency size, to avoid confusion or misuse, consistent with EU and Cypriot reproduction rules.
• The listing includes a clear photo of the actual replica paper currency being sold.
• The word “replica” must be included clearly in the title and description of the listing.
• Listings must respect all applicable Cyprus laws, including the Currency Law (e.g., Law 33(I)/1995 and subsequent amendments) governing the reproduction and counterfeiting of currency.
• Listings must also comply with relevant EU regulations on currency reproduction and anti-counterfeiting measures enforced by the European Central Bank (ECB) and Member States, including reproduction rules that prevent reproductions that can be mistaken for genuine currency.

Activity on Ventio must follow this policy, the Ventio User Agreement, and all applicable Cyprus and EU laws. Non-compliance may result in removal of listings, warnings, account restrictions, or suspension.
