Illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia policy

We do not allow the sale of illegal drugs, drug paraphernalia, or any drug-like substances on Ventio. We take compliance with Cyprus and EU controlled-substances regulations and the safety of our community very seriously.

What is the policy?

The following items are not allowed on Ventio:

• Controlled substances of any kind, including narcotics, steroids, and any compound classified under national or international drug-control schedules.
• Drug precursors and analogues, including designer or research chemicals.
• Nitrous oxide cartridges or chargers intended for recreational inhalation; only nitrous oxide legitimately packaged for automotive or medical applications is permitted.
• Paraphernalia marketed for use with illegal drugs, such as pipes, bongs, roach clips, or any device sold or advertised as for marijuana or other controlled substances.
• Smoking accessories bearing drug-related imagery or symbols (e.g. cannabis leaves).
• Vaporizers or e-cigarettes designed or marketed specifically for alcohol, marijuana, or illicit substances.

The following items are allowed, provided they have a lawful purpose and are marketed accordingly:

• Tobacco pipes and accessories intended solely for legal tobacco use.
• Vaporizers and e-cigarettes designed exclusively for nicotine or CBD products where permitted by law.

Activity on Ventio must follow this policy, the Ventio User Agreement, and all applicable Cyprus and EU laws. Non-compliance may result in listing removal, warnings, account restrictions, or suspension.

Why does Ventio have this policy?

This policy ensures that Ventio remains in full compliance with Cyprus’s Misuse of Drugs Law and EU drug-control regulations, protects our community from harmful or illicit products, and upholds a safe, responsible marketplace for all users.
