Funeral items policy

You cannot list funeral items on Ventio – the sale of any items intended for funerary or memorial use is strictly prohibited. We take the sanctity of final resting places and cultural heritage very seriously.

What is the policy?

• All funeral items are banned on Ventio, including but not limited to:
• Burial plots
• Caskets
• Gravestones, headstones, tombstones, memorial plaques
• Urns and cremation containers
• Any other goods designed for funerary or memorial purposes

Activity on Ventio must follow this policy, the Ventio User Agreement, and all applicable Cyprus and EU laws. Non-compliance may result in listing removal, warnings, account restrictions, or suspension.

Why does Ventio have this policy?

This policy ensures respect for the deceased and their families, helps deter vandalism of burial sites, and aligns with cultural heritage protections under Cyprus and EU norms.
